It was just nice…

The chain and dog tag was nice but the chain length is too short for a dog tag and the dog tag was smaller than expected. I was expecting a normal size did tag. I knew the chain was going to be too short because the size offered and has expected to just go by another one but after seeing how small the tag is, probably not. This was a birthday gift that he didn’t seem to impressed by and will probably never wear it. :(

Good customer service

Despite a slight mixup in the product, they shipped my correct item overnight, with a shipping label to send the old item back at no extra cost. This is what customer service is supposed to be like. I would definitely buy from this company again.
