Not happy with store.

After my son picked this necklace style out, we waited over 6 months for certain verses to come back in stock. They never did. So when Christmas came around this year he just picked one of the verses that were left. After we ordered I got an email saying that one was no longer available. So we picked from the three that were left and never received it. Only after calling back three weeks later was I told that they forgot to ship it. The necklace seems to be of good quality but the customer service and options we're not.
