I ordered a specific cross necklace, but received a different one. I emailed the shop owner, and exchanged emails to the pointed they felt the need to correct my description of item I received in error. They did offer to refund me if I mailed back the wrong item first, or do an evan exchanged for the correct item once they received the incorrect item back. Two days before Christmas was not convenient. Very disappointed in my experience with this company.
