Didn’t receive item
I order this item a while ago. It was shipped to me and then was sent all the way back to North Arrow. I was excited to receive it but shipping was incomplete and was never delivered to me. I tried calling and emailing and got nothing. I supposedly am getting a refund for the product but that hasn’t come in either. I’m highly upset and just wished someone had contacted me about it. I would have liked for them to reship the product but that never happened. Don’t know if I’ll buy again

We’ve purchased four cross necklaces and my sons get so many compliments on them. Sadly, we’ve had two of them break, one at the connection to the chain and one from the connector piece. These are beautiful pieces of jewelry and I wish they didn’t break so quickly.
