Horrible, I sent several emails letting the store know they shipped the wrong item. They replied only once after weeks of emailing to ask for the order number. They never replied again or shipped the item. So disappointed, I’m all for giving people a chance to make things right but this was excessive. Never shopping here again.

We ordered the Phillipians cross and was excited for it to arrive. However to our surprise when it arrived they ended up shipping the wrong cross and our package order and package number showed we ordered the correct cross but they send us the wrong one. We tried reaching out serval times yet they never responded and have left me sadly devastated, used 50 bucks and didn’t even get the one we ordered.

We ordered the phillipians verse on the cross. I was excitedly waiting for it to arrive and when it did, it turned out that we had been given the wrong verse. We have proof we ordered the correct verse but got delivered a Corinthians verse when we ordered the Phillipians ones. We tried reaching out multiple times but they didn’t respond to us and now we wasted 50 dollars and they haven’t gave us the correct verse back. And the first time we bought from here they did great but this time sadly they failed us and won’t reach back
